Worker Mexico City Team Latin America

Least-Reached People Group

There are least-reached people groups living in various locations in Mexico. The Mexican churches are reaching out to the LRPG’s in their midst. The Alliance Canada is partnering with the national church who is sending workers to a least reached people group outside of Mexico.

Current Priorities

Chris and Angela serve and lead their team as Area Directors for Mexico. Their team works in Community Development with Brave Heart, an English-speaking international church, Mandarin Ministry and Mobilization as partners of the Mexico Alliance Church. Mexico City is also an Envision Site for 18-25 year olds to come and grow as disciples of Jesus and experience more of God’s global heart.

God’s people participating together in making Jesus known to unreached people groups from Mexico to the world.

Bio

Chris and Angela both grew up in Christian homes. Chris remembers responding to a Holy Spirit nudge and making a firm decision to join God’s family when he was 11 years old. Angela gave her life to Jesus at a young age and with each year has grown deeper in relationship with Him. Together they desire to love people, welcome them to participate in the Kingdom of God, and ultimately invite them to choose Jesus over everything. Chris and Angela love creating spaces where people can connect deeper with one another and with Jesus. Their journey as IWs has been one of responding to God’s invitation to join Him in what He is doing and their answer is “Yes.” For now the invitation is to serve in Latin America and it has been their joy to see people responding to Jesus and participating together in seeing His Kingdom!

Prayer Requests

Pray that the Lord would supply Chris and Angela with all they need to serve their team with wisdom and courage. Pray that they would understand their team, the people in Mexico, and the National Church so they can love them well. Pray for the international community of Mexico City to find community and belonging through Jesus. Pray for Mexican nationals as they are discipled and equipped to be sent out to other nations where few or none know Jesus.
