Voting information
The following categories of registrants are voting delegates in all business sessions: Official Worker, Lay Delegate, Bi-vocational Worker, International Worker.
Voting Delegates will receive an email on Wednesday, July 3rd from Simply Voting with login instructions and instructions for doing a test vote. The email will appear to be from The Alliance Canada, with the subject “General Assembly 2024”. If you have not received your login email by Thursday, please contact: credentials@dataonthespot.com
While in the meeting, each delegate will need to be logged into Simply Voting, either on their cell phone, tablet, or on a separate tab on their web browser. Delegates will need to use this platform for each vote in the meeting as they are conducted. (Note: Simply Voting is a website, not an app)
Online participants should be prepared to use two devices (ex. watch Assembly on laptop and vote on smart phone) or use two separate tabs on a web browser to participate in electronic voting (ex. watch Assembly on one tab, Simply Voting website on second tab).
